Returns Policy

We do NOT accept returns, cancellations, exchanges, or edits to your order after ordering. Additionally, we do NOT replace or refund lost untracked orders.

If there are issues or errors with your order, please email us at with your order number, description of error, and picture evidence (as applicable). We will be able to answer your concerns faster if all of this information is provided in the first email you send. Thank you so much!


Details on TRACKED shipping:

We will offer either replacement or refund ONLY if the order is lost: 

  • the order shows being stuck in the same facility for 3+ months;
  • the order shows as untraceable or lost. 


If your order shows as delivered but you have not received the package, we will not be able to refund or replace the package right away - please email us at with your name and order number.

We also recommend taking the following steps:

  • reach out to your local post office;
  • file a help form on the USPS website if you think the package was sent to the wrong address or stolen. 

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we can either: 

  • send out the order again with another charge for the shipping cost (the same as the original order - we will invoice you). 
  • refund the order amount minus shipping cost.
