Shipping Policy

Estimated arrival times after item has been shipped:

USA: 3-10 business days, but can extend to 1 month+ in rare cases
INTL: 2 weeks - 3 months

 

We only offer tracked shipping via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail (iof it exceeds 1lb).

  • Starts at ~$4.50 USA and ~$15 international
  • We both CAN see the progress of delivery
  • We will offer either replacement or refund ONLY if the order is lost, as in:
    • the order shows being stuck in the same facility for 3+ months
    • the order shows as untrackable or lost
  • If you think your order is "stuck", we cannot offer replacement or refund unless the status is stuck for at least 3 months (due to international deliveries taking longer due to current world circumstances)

     

    If your order shows as delivered but you have not received the package, we will not be able to refund or replace the package right away - please email us at langaposse@gmail.com with your name and order number and we recommend you also doing the following:

    • Reaching out to your local post office
    • Filing a help form on the USPS website if you think the package was sent to the wrong address or stolen.
      If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we can either:
      • Send out the order again with another charge for shipping cost (the same as the original order - we will invoice you).
      • Refund the order amount minus shipping cost.

       

        We are not responsible for any import taxes applicable to you or your country. It is the buyer's responsibility to account and pay for them. Purchasing from us means you accept and acknowledge this.

        Please keep in mind that we are not liable for the packages after they are dropped off at USPS! We also cannot control shipping times.
